It all started in 1975 at Fort Bonifacio, Makati City, as a canteen concessionaire serving 500 to 1,500 persons daily handled by Mrs. Lilia Fernando-Ignacio, a school teacher and a nutritionist in profession. Later on, Ignacio’s was offered to handle the canteens of several companies around Metro Manila and simultaneously would also accept food orders from relatives and friends. In no time, because of Ignacio’s fine cuisine, we were offered to cater several small and big events.
Since then, through word-of-mouth advertising, our services grew dramatically; serving a wide variety of dishes that compliments good quality service with the value of money, making it all in a worry-free setting.
Today, we have catered numerous occasions, from small gatherings to a grand even of more than 35,000 people, now managed by Jon Ignacio, a food service management course graduate and a ServSafe certified examiner.
