NE catering services originated from NE Restaurant and Bakeshop in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

In the 1980 with the help of Mrs. Letticia Uy owner of NE Group of Companies, her son Mr. Ben Uy started a small restaurant in Sta. Mesa near UERM. The main clients of NE restaurant was the students and doctors of UERM.
In 1982 NE restaurant started its catering business and because of the exceptional food product that NE catering offers, NE became the one of the most popular caterer hospitals and drug companies. And that is how it started.
