Ms. Jane Chan, owner of Célèbre Events, started doing events as a hobby in 2009. Dreams turned into fruition and she founded Célèbre Events in 2011 with her very first office in Ortigas. The office soon relocated at Alabang, Muntinlupa City with the unchanging goal of becoming the leading events company in the Philippines that provides satisfactory service to their clients.

  • Unlimited meetings will be conducted a month before the event.
  • Unlimited consultations through phone and email upon signing of contract until the event.
  • Unlimited assistance in conforming details, services and final agreements with suppliers.
  • Payment management and review contracts.
  • Ocular inspection of the ceremony and the reception area.
  • Conceptualize and organize the whole program.
  • Orient entourage and other participants for the event
  • Overall management of the whole event.
  • Rehearsal and RSVP (Optional).
  • 4 Event Coordinators and 1 Event Manager on the event.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Additional details:
  • Provide assistance in dressing up the Bride with her Bridal Gown.
  • Gather everything needed for the Reception and bring to the reception venue.
  • Ensure that the bride and the groom will depart on time from the preparation venue.
  • Check the arrival of suppliers and deliveries at both the ceremony and reception venue.
  • Set up everything needed at the reception.
  • Assist the Bride in handling other things, e.g., pay suppliers, order meals, etc. to relieve her of any stress or tension.

Semi-Coordination


(Client must have at least 3 major suppliers.)

  • Unlimited Meetings with the client 6 months before the event.
  • Budget Planning.
  • Assist in selection of the remaining suppliers.
  • Provide checklist and timeline.
  • Refer, accompany and set-up appointments with the suppliers.
  • Assist in sourcing out and choosing design of invitation.
  • RSVP (Optional)
  • Plan and coordinate Engagement Party, Bachelor or Bachelorette Party (Optional).

Additional details:
  • Unlimited meetings at Célèbre Events office or four official meetings outside the office.
  • Gather everything needed for the Reception and bring to the reception venue.
  • Coordinate with suppliers both at the ceremony and reception venue.
  • Provide assistance in dressing up the Bride with her Bridal Gown.
  • Ensure that the bride and the groom will depart on time from the preparation venue and arrives at the church at least 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony.

  • Unlimited  meetings with the client.
  • Full Event Conceptualization.
  • Unlimited Skype and messages for Long distance wedding planning.
  • Budget Planning.
  • Assist in selection of reception/ site.
  • Provide checklist & timeline.

  • Assist in negotiations and reviewing of contracts.
  • Assist in sourcing out and choosing design of Invitation RSVP.
  • Optional: Plan and coordinate Engagement Party, Bachelor or Bachelorette party.

The Celebre individuals made this day a very special one.

Our big Day was a day flooding with sentiment and bliss. With the assistance of our Celebre companions, it was essentially "Mystical"! The Celebre individuals made this day a very special one. They were there consistently. When we were getting ready for the wedding, we were reluctant of having an organizer since we considered it to be an extra cost, yet our principle issue was who will going to complete the greater part of our DIY on the big day. We never engage having our family or companions as our organizer since clashes will without a doubt emerge so we chose to get facilitators, and we are blessed to the point that we wound up getting Celebre. They were cpmpitent. They even helped us with our props for the pre nup pictorial. It is additionally worth saying that when our host retreated from us, celebre recommended a substitution in a moment. Their assistance surpassed what we anticipated. These individuals ran a marathon just to make everything become all-good.
