On-The-Day coordination - wherein all major suppliers were booked already and have signed contracts, and you only need someone to turnover all your plans, contracts and other concerns through your coordinator before the event and on-the-day itself. You just need someone to oversee everything on your big day and make sure that you will have a smooth flowing event. This includes the coordination to all the suppliers from preparation venue - church venue - up to reception venue. Preparation starts 1-2 months prior to wedding date. Full Coordination - this means that you only have the date and concept on mind but haven't started to scout for suppliers yet. You would then need a coordinator that will provide you checklists, and refer you the suppliers that fits to your budget. The full planning and coordination also includes, conceptualization (if you only have the idea on mind but don't know how to implement and start it), supplier referrals, consultations, meetings, and of course, same services for on-the-day coordination will still be applied. Preparation starts from 6-12 months prior to wedding date. Normally, they charge it for Php50,000-above.
